Yield: Makes 1 cocktail
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) apple syrup
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) apple brandy (such as calvados)
3 ounces (6 tablespoons) sparkling rosé
Garnish: apple slices
Bring apple juice and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan; cook 1 minute or until sugar completely dissolves. Chill completely. Combine apple syrup, apple brandy, and rosé in a glass; stir gently. Garnish, if desired.
