Mango Cream Ball

Preparation Time: 20 minutes


For Balls:
1 cup mango cubes
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
6 to 8 slices of fresh bread
2 tbsp castor sugar
1 cup sweet milk

For Mango Cream:
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup mango pulp
3 tbsp castor sugar

For Garnishing:
glaced cherry
pistachio slivers

Mix the mango pieces , paneer and sugar.
Mix mango pulp, fresh cream and sugar .
Soak the bread slice in sweet milk and squeezeout excess milk
Stuff the mango
Paneer mixture in soaked bread slice ,close and make a ball.
Now place the one ball in one serving cup and 3 tb.sp. of mango cream mixture pour on ball.
Garnish with pista
Place cherry in centre
Serve chilled.
